REFUND POLICY

At Bliss Prophetic Gathering, our goal is to serve you with integrity, transparency, and spiritual excellence. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be issued for donations, event registrations, products, or services offered through this website.
  1. Donations
All donations made to Prophet Georges Asiedu and Bliss Prophetic Gathering are considered voluntary and non-refundable. Once a donation is processed, it cannot be canceled or returned, except in the case of proven error (e.g., duplicate donation or incorrect amount). If you believe an error has occurred in your donation, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction at info@georgesasiedu.com with proof of payment.
  1. Event Registrations
Refunds for paid events (e.g., conferences, seminars, healing services, or prophetic trainings) are generally non-refundable. However, in specific circumstances, the following may apply:
  • Full refund if cancellation is requested at least 14 days before the event.
  • Partial refund (50%) if cancellation is requested between 7–13 days before the event.
  • No refund for cancellations made less than 7 days before the event or for no-shows.
In the event of a cancellation or rescheduling by Bliss Prophetic Gathering, you will be given the option of a full refund or transferring your registration to a future event.
  1. Digital Products & Services
All sales of digital products (e.g., e-books, downloadable teachings, or video/audio content) are final and non-refundable once accessed or downloaded. If you are unable to download or access your digital product, please contact us for assistance.
  1. Physical Products
Refunds or exchanges for physical items (e.g., books, CDs, merchandise) are available within 14 days of delivery under the following conditions:
  • The product is returned unused, in original packaging and in sellable condition.
  • The return shipping cost is covered by the buyer unless the item was defective or incorrectly sent.
To request a return, email info@georgesasiedu.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will respond with return instructions.
  1. Processing Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 10–14 business days after confirmation. You will receive a notification once the refund has been initiated.
